How Does It Work?
1. Secure Access
The private vault is completely isolated from the rest of the app. To access it, you must authenticate using:
- Fingerprint (if available)
- Facial recognition (if available)
- Backup PIN code
2. Encrypted Storage
All documents added to the private vault are immediately encrypted with AES-256. Even if someone accessed the raw files, they would be unreadable without the key.
3. No Third-Party Access
We have no access to your encrypted data. The decryption key is generated locally on your device.
Important: Recovery Password
When setting up your private vault, make sure to note your backup PIN code. If you lose biometric access and forget this code, your data will be unrecoverable. This is the guarantee that it remains private!

Your encrypted data cannot be read without your authentication. If you've enabled cloud sync, you can recover your data on a new phone by logging in.

No. The encryption is end-to-end. Even our technical team cannot decrypt your documents.
