1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Mon Inventaire mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Mon Inventaire is developed and operated by Erwann LEMOINE ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Mon Inventaire is a personal inventory management application that allows you to:

  • Catalog and manage your personal belongings for insurance purposes
  • Organize your wardrobe and create outfit combinations
  • Manage personal collections (cards, stamps, etc.)
  • Track vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption
  • Store private documents securely

3. Premium Subscription

Auto-Renewable Subscription Information

  • Premium Monthly: €3.99/month - Billed monthly
  • Premium Yearly: €29.99/year - Billed annually (save 37%)

3.1 Subscription Terms

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

3.2 Premium Features

Premium subscription unlocks:

  • Unlimited items in inventory (free version: 20 items)
  • Unlimited items in dressing (free version: 10 items)
  • Unlimited collections and collection items
  • Unlimited vehicles
  • AI-powered photo analysis
  • AI outfit recommendations
  • Unlimited PDF/Excel exports
  • Private document storage
  • Priority support

Important: Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). To cancel, you must do so through your device's store settings, not within the app.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Not use the App to infringe on others' intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the App (photos, descriptions, etc.), but grant us a license to store and process this content to provide the service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the App (Account → Danger Zone → Delete my account) or by contacting us at app.mon.inventaire@gmail.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The estimated values provided by AI analysis are accurate (they are for reference only)

Insurance Disclaimer: Mon Inventaire is a personal inventory tool. The item values and information stored in the App are for your reference only and do not constitute official documentation for insurance claims. Always consult with your insurance provider for official requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from inaccurate inventory valuations.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

En téléchargeant, installant ou utilisant l'application mobile Mon Inventaire ("l'Application"), vous acceptez d'être lié par ces Conditions Générales d'Utilisation ("CGU"). Si vous n'acceptez pas ces CGU, veuillez ne pas utiliser l'Application.

Mon Inventaire est développée et exploitée par Erwann LEMOINE ("nous", "notre").

2. Description du Service

Mon Inventaire est une application de gestion d'inventaire personnel qui vous permet de :

  • Cataloguer et gérer vos biens personnels à des fins d'assurance
  • Organiser votre garde-robe et créer des combinaisons de tenues
  • Gérer des collections personnelles (cartes, timbres, etc.)
  • Suivre l'entretien de véhicules et la consommation de carburant
  • Stocker des documents privés en toute sécurité

3. Abonnement Premium

Informations sur l'Abonnement à Renouvellement Automatique

  • Premium Mensuel : 3,99€/mois - Facturation mensuelle
  • Premium Annuel : 29,99€/an - Facturation annuelle (économisez 37%)

3.1 Conditions d'Abonnement

  • Le paiement sera débité de votre compte Apple ID ou Google Play lors de la confirmation de l'achat
  • L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement sauf si le renouvellement automatique est désactivé au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours
  • Votre compte sera débité pour le renouvellement dans les 24 heures précédant la fin de la période en cours
  • Vous pouvez gérer et annuler vos abonnements dans les paramètres de votre compte sur l'App Store ou Google Play Store
  • Toute partie inutilisée d'une période d'essai gratuite sera perdue lors de l'achat d'un abonnement

3.2 Fonctionnalités Premium

L'abonnement Premium débloque :

  • Articles illimités dans l'inventaire (version gratuite : 20 articles)
  • Articles illimités dans le dressing (version gratuite : 10 articles)
  • Collections et articles de collection illimités
  • Véhicules illimités
  • Analyse photo par IA
  • Recommandations de tenues par IA
  • Exports PDF/Excel illimités
  • Stockage de documents privés
  • Support prioritaire

Important : Les abonnements sont gérés via l'App Store (iOS) ou Google Play Store (Android). Pour annuler, vous devez le faire via les paramètres de votre appareil, pas dans l'application.

4. Responsabilités de l'Utilisateur

Vous vous engagez à :

  • Fournir des informations exactes lors de la création de votre compte
  • Maintenir la sécurité de vos identifiants
  • Utiliser l'Application uniquement à des fins légales
  • Ne pas télécharger de contenu illégal, nuisible ou inapproprié
  • Ne pas tenter de rétro-ingénierie ou de modifier l'Application
  • Ne pas utiliser l'Application pour porter atteinte aux droits de propriété intellectuelle d'autrui

5. Propriété Intellectuelle

L'Application, y compris sa conception, ses fonctionnalités et son contenu, est protégée par le droit d'auteur et d'autres lois sur la propriété intellectuelle. Vous ne pouvez pas copier, modifier, distribuer ou créer des œuvres dérivées basées sur l'Application sans notre autorisation écrite expresse.

Vous conservez la propriété du contenu que vous téléchargez sur l'Application (photos, descriptions, etc.), mais nous accordez une licence pour stocker et traiter ce contenu afin de fournir le service.

6. Données et Confidentialité

Votre vie privée est importante pour nous. Veuillez consulter notre Politique de Confidentialité pour comprendre comment nous collectons, utilisons et protégeons vos données.

Vous pouvez demander la suppression de votre compte et de toutes les données associées à tout moment via l'Application (Compte → Zone de danger → Supprimer mon compte) ou en nous contactant à app.mon.inventaire@gmail.com.

7. Exclusion de Garanties

L'Application est fournie "en l'état" sans garanties d'aucune sorte, expresses ou implicites. Nous ne garantissons pas que :

  • L'Application fonctionnera sans interruption ni erreur
  • L'Application répondra à vos besoins spécifiques
  • Les valeurs estimées par l'analyse IA sont exactes (elles sont fournies à titre indicatif uniquement)

Avertissement Assurance : Mon Inventaire est un outil d'inventaire personnel. Les valeurs et informations stockées dans l'Application sont fournies à titre indicatif et ne constituent pas une documentation officielle pour les réclamations d'assurance. Consultez toujours votre assureur pour les exigences officielles.

8. Limitation de Responsabilité

Dans la mesure maximale autorisée par la loi, nous ne serons pas responsables des dommages indirects, accessoires, spéciaux, consécutifs ou punitifs résultant de votre utilisation de l'Application, y compris mais sans s'y limiter, la perte de données, la perte de profits ou les dommages résultant d'évaluations d'inventaire inexactes.

9. Modifications des CGU

Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ces CGU à tout moment. Nous informerons les utilisateurs des changements importants via l'Application ou par e-mail. Votre utilisation continue de l'Application après les modifications constitue une acceptation des CGU modifiées.

10. Résiliation

Nous pouvons résilier ou suspendre votre accès à l'Application à tout moment en cas de violation de ces CGU ou pour toute autre raison à notre discrétion. En cas de résiliation, votre droit d'utiliser l'Application cesse immédiatement.

11. Droit Applicable

Ces CGU sont régies par les lois françaises. Tout litige découlant de ces CGU ou de votre utilisation de l'Application sera soumis à la compétence exclusive des tribunaux français.
